By placing an order at Martin Cookware, you agree to the terms outlined in this return policy.
We aim to make every part of your experience smooth and transparent — including returns.

100-Day Return Policy

We offer a 100-day return period, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.
You may request a return within 100 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and detailed instructions.
Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure about a specific product, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your existing item first.
Once your return is accepted and processed, simply place a new order for the desired product.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (USA Orders)

For orders shipped to the United States, you have the right to return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
As with our standard policy, the item must be unused, unworn, with all tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
Because our fulfillment system is fully automated, we’re unable to cancel or modify an order once it has entered processing.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at support@martincookware.co.uk — we’ll do our best to assist if your order has not yet been processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this return policy, including that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
